Important note: Prior to take this Advanced Organizer Course, you need to obtain the General Organizer Course certificate and had previously attended EpiHack event.
In the General Organizer Course, you already learned basic information on event philosophy, format, and how to prepare and take action on three stages: Before, During, and After the event via our reading materials, media, and templates.
However, in this Advanced Organizer Course, we will use interactive
learning methods or two-way communication between instructors and learners
via e-mail and video conference. We will focus on assisting you to
determine the need to hold an EpiHack event, define event theme and
objectives, design session activity, and to evaluate
For the final exam, you are required to submit works and discussed your ideas with us. With our experiences in organizing many EpiHack events, we can assist you in refining your ideas, sharing lessons learned, and answering your questions.
This Advanced Organizer Course is not intended to be an accredited course for any university levels. We, EpiHack/e-learning teams, consider ourselves a shared resource center for individuals and/or organizations who are interested in hosting an EpiHack event to learn how and do so successfully.
